We believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and a trauma-informed approach. Counseling offers a place to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a professional who listens with empathy. We meet you where you are and walk with you toward healing and growth.
What to Expect
Your first sessions focus on building trust, understanding what brings you to counseling, and exploring your goals. We’ll gather background information and collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to you.
Counseling is a process—some sessions feel relieving, others challenging—but each step builds resilience, insight, and a stronger sense of self.
Our Approach
We use an integrative, trauma-informed framework, drawing from evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.
